What time of day are your deliveries made?
Deliveries are typically made all day during weekdays, between approximately 8am and 6pm. You’ll be able to select a delivery date at the checkout, just before you finalise your purchase.
Where on my property will your driver deliver to?
he delivery method and specific location of delivery at your address depends on the weight and size of your order. Please inform us of any vehicle access restrictions or other issues that may impede a safe and successful delivery when placing your order.
Bagged products weighing up to 25kg are delivered by a courier service such as DPD, straight to your door or gate. If you live in Stroud, Gloucester or Cheltenham, we’ll likely deliver direct to you via our own vehicles.
Larger items such as dumpy bags, pallets, or crates exceeding 50kg pose greater delivery challenges due to their size and weight. These items will arrive on a large truck equipped with a tail-lift and a hand pump truck for offloading. While our drivers strive to position the pallet where you prefer, obstacles like narrow entrances, gravel driveways, uneven terrain, or moderate slopes may limit placement options. In such cases, a kerbside delivery is likely, requiring you to transport the product to your desired spot on your property.
Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?
No, you don’t need to be at home to receive your delivery. However, it's essential for you to specify a safe and secure location on your property where we can leave the goods. We'll make every effort to fulfil your request (please refer to the answer regarding delivery locations on your property) and then slip a delivery note through your letterbox. If, for any reason, we determine that it's unsafe to proceed with the delivery, we'll retrieve the goods and reach out to you to arrange a new delivery time that fits with your availability.
What is the ‘text before delivery’ service?
True to its name, opt for this service, and you'll receive a text notification the day before your order is scheduled for delivery. Simply choose this option when you’re checking out.
Is there any delivery charge?
We charge extra for delivery, depending on what we’re delivering and where to - the cost of delivery will be clearly communicated to you at checkout.
Do you offer collection?
