We retail a broad selection of both UK and EU manufactured kiln-dried wood products and firelighters – all sourced from woodlands and suppliers holding Forest Stewardship Council accreditation. We buy UK made goods wherever possible but when we have to import we only work with suppliers who adhere to the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) policies. Yes, all prices include VAT.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, kindly reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll coordinate the collection of your items at our expense and facilitate a refund for you. Assuming the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition, we'll issue a full refund within 14 days of collection. The refund will be processed using the same credit or debit card used for the purchase.
